This position is responsible for receiving and processing documents, reconciling accounts payable and percentage payroll, preparing taxes, entering invoices, and posting transactions to the general ledger and subsidiary ledger. Minimum requirements include English language fluency, and at least one year of experience  with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook software applications and/or combination of education/experience will be considered. Two (2) years of accounting experience is preferred. Position requires pre-employment background check and drug screen.


Works closely with Human Resources Supervisor to administer compliance programs such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc. Assists with advertising, open positions, reviewing applicants, as well as interviewing processes. Completes data entry, record maintenance, answers phones, and inquiries from outside the companies. Good working knowledge of current HR laws and regulations; State and Federal (including Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Department of Labor (DOL), Federal Civil Rights Laws, etc.


This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of assigned wells, as well as the measuring and reporting of production and marketing for each well.  Gauges and records production from tanks at assigned leases on a daily basis.  Ensures that all lease equipment is clean, maintained, and operating properly.  Records weekly wellhead and flow line pressures, checks production unit and pressure and volume of tanks.  Minimum requirements include English language fluency, two years prior experience and must be able to climb ladders and work out doors in adverse w
