This full-time position is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for headquarters Human Resources functions. Assists in maintaining the human resource employee records and files; completes assigned functions involving new hires, terminations, transfer data, and other information required. Performs general office support tasks by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining supplies, and filing.

This position is responsible for and oversees that all Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), payroll, benefits and treasury systems function continuously and are in good working order.  Solves  departmental information requirements by studying business functions; analyzing business systems requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; identifying systems and user problems; preparing and overseeing project plans and timelines; working with 3rd party implementation teams; writing documentation.

This position works closely with the Human Resources Supervisor to administer compliance programs such as FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc. Assists with advertising, open positions, reviewing applicants, as well as interviewing processes. Completes data entry, record maintenance, answering phones, and inquiries from outside the companies.

This is a fulltime position that is responsible for assisting the Treasurer in the determination of cash requirements, cash concentration, short term cash investments and maintenance of appropriate cash flow for a related group of companies.  Responsible for directing, managing, supervising, planning and coordinating the activities and operations of the Treasury Department and its staff, as well as preparing and analyzing Treasury Department reports, financial accounting records, cash flow analysis, credit agreement compliance and projections and interpretation of information for analysis.

This position is responsible for directing and performing advanced level activities related to mechanical work on equipment at compressor, pipeline, storage, gathering, fractionation and/or gas processing facilities. Minimum requirements include English language fluency, prior industrial related mechanic experience, and the ability to work safely under pressure. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
