This is a full-time position that is responsible for planning and directing accounting activities within a department of an organization by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinates. This person is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting and/or payroll. Supervising and participating in the preparation of various financial statements and reports. Preparing statements and reports of forecasted revenue, expenses, and cash flows.


This is a full-time position that is responsible for assisting in the administration of the True companies benefit plans.  This person is responsible for creating and maintaining records for all plans and supports other Benefit Department staff. Responsible for educating employees about the Benefit Plans and associated websites, verifying newly eligible participants for benefits plans. Researching ongoing disbursement requests including disability, death, retirement and terminations. Compiling PSP monthly comparative report from information provided by Trustee.


This is a full-time position that is responsible for the determination of cash funding requirements, cash concentration, short term cash investments and working capital maintenance for a related group of companies. Responsible for directing, managing, supervising, planning and coordinating the activities and operations of the Treasury Department and its staff, as well as preparing and analyzing cash position reports, retirement accounting records, cash flow analysis, and cash forecasts. Directly supervises the Treasury Supervisor and/or Treasury Department staff.


This is a full time position that is responsible for computer documentation of all aspects of oil production, calculating production figures using charts and running tickets submitted by pumpers; maintaining office files and records on every well, become familiar and comply with government regulations regarding oil and gas production; works with state and federal inspectors as necessary during regular site inspections as well as other duties assigned.


This is a full time position that is responsible for keeping the office building in clean and orderly condition. Cleaning schedules are provided by supervisor. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Minimum requirements include English language fluency, previous related work experience or training, and the ability to comprehend safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.


This is a full time position that is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for headquarters Human Resources functions including: maintaining employee information by entering, updating, and filing employment and status change data, reviewing records for missing policies, documents, and/or corrections; following up to request such materials, reviewing and auditing employee records, authenticating all I-9 paperwork to ensure it has been submitted correctly and verifying authorization to work in the United States as well as maintaining I-9 documents for compliance.


This is a full-time position that is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filing of federal, state and local tax returns for the various True companies and individuals to comply with the requirements of various taxing authorities.  This position deals with complex tax issues for a family business that operates across a diverse range of industries, including oil and gas, ranching, trucking and banking.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


This position is responsible for performing transactional accounting entries, including data entry into accounting systems, validating data against system reports, and verifying that controls and processes have been followed. This position is also responsible for working with vendors and customers, and participating in monthly, quarterly and annual close processes to ensure all relevant data has been captured in the appropriate time period.
