Chief Accountant – Casper, WY
This is a full-time position that is responsible for planning and directing accounting activities within a department of an organization by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinates. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting and/or payroll; supervising and participating in the preparation of various financial statements and reports; preparing statements and reports of forecasted revenue, expenses, and cash flows; reviewing financial statements with management personnel; and preparing and leading interview process for job openings as needed. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in accounting with five (5) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively and produce accurate work within regular deadlines; English language fluency, verbal and written. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol test.
