Help Desk Technician – Casper, Wyoming

Maintains and monitors end-user workstations and productivity on local area network. Performs a variety of maintenance, software installation and end-user support to ensure end-user workstations and network performance meets company and user requirements. Provides support to staff on all company-supported applications. Troubleshoots computer problems, determines source and advises on appropriate action, completes application project-based work, and performs responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures. Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel. Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures and techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Fluent in the English language. Prefer Oil and gas industrial experience, degree in related field with one to two years’ experience.
