Human Resources Director - Casper, Wyoming

This is a full time position that is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.  This position oversees the strategic alignment and successful administration of the True companies’ human resource function, including recruiting and compensation, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compliance and leave administration, payroll, benefits, and HR business systems.  Minimum requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in a related business field and fifteen (15) years of Human Resource experience in a multi-company environment with at least five (5) years in an HR leadership position (other equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered); excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail; strong supervisory and leadership skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages; a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) certification; must reside in central Wyoming and be able to travel occasionally to work sites; and English language fluency, verbal and written.  Must pass pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.
