Security Director - Casper, Wyoming
The Director of Security has the overall responsibility for the security of multiple True businesses and residences, including the protection, safeguarding, and security of property and assets, members of True families, employees, customers, and visitors. This position inspects and manages security for True companies’ facilities, coordinates physical security requirements, arranges for security-related contract services, oversees protection of properties, conducts investigations and ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations. This position is also responsible for communicating with a diverse range of people in a variety of situations and serving as a liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other government agencies. Minimum requirements include a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in a security-related field with experience conducting investigations, utilizing security technology, and working with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. Must possess a valid Driver’s License and be fluent in the English language. College course work in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business Administration or a related field and familiarity with upstream and mid-stream aspects of the oil and gas industry are preferred. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
