Tax and Audit Administrative Assistant - Casper, Wyoming
This position works independently to provide day-to-day administrative support and general office support to the Tax Supervisor as well as other department personnel. This position is responsible for maintaining confidential tax files, completing varying assignments including preparing monthly and quarterly spreadsheet summaries, data entry and documentation of department processes. This position is expected to maintain a professional attitude while working to meet the goals and objectives of the department. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent and three (3) years’ administrative or secretarial experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be fluent in the English language and have the ability to concurrently manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet deadlines; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required, as well as data entry skills. Must have or be able to obtain Notary Public designation. Previous accounting and/or tax knowledge is preferred. Position requires pre-employment background and credit check, and drug screen.
